Best Foods We Should Eat!

Ever wonder which foods should be strongly avoided by those high at risk for any abnormal illnesses and unhealthy immune system? Have you cared enough to know what kind of nutrients you can get in every food you are craving? or you are just one of those who don't care so long as their mouth was satisfied?

While peculiarities strike, let me handed you these best foods that we should eat, at least one will surprise you. These can surely make you healthy or you will need to have your health insurance and accident claim East of England.

When I know that I need to diet, I always have sweet potato in my packed lunch. I know that this is one of the best vegetables I can eat, since I am not fond of eating green leafy vegetables at least eating potatoes can be the best alternative.

In just a cup of mango supplies, one hundred percent of a day's vitamins C, one third for vitamin A, a decent dose of potassium that controls high blood-pressure and three grams of fiber.

Though all beans are good, garbanzos stand out because they're versatile. Just drain, rinse and mix them with salad or throw them a vegetable stew. Beans are rich in protein, fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.

Nothing beats green leafy thing (haha), I mean vegetables (hihi). These stand out leafy vegies are jam-packed with vitamins A, C and K, folate, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, lutein and fiber.

As if Doing Something

I've been into blogging since 2009, and I could say that being a full time slave employee plus keeping your blog's PR is not easy, I swear!. But because of my incredible "multi-task" talent, majority of my blog posts was posted during office hours. Though few of those posts was made when I am free at home and hubby was not yet around, and sadly wasn't able to finish due to some various elements around me when am home then suddenly finish them at work and publish right away.

Well, I guess being a not so o'er occupied makes me blog once in a while. It would seem to look funny and doubtful if I say "because I know how to manage my time at work". Well pretty obvious that it should not be done like that. Maybe I just can't resist not to update my blogs even during work. Well, having all these free access with fast internet server source. Who wouldn't do the same? come on! hihi. I am just maintaining myself focus at all times, that when I said I'm busy, I really mean it!

My share to Happiness is....

Vacation Leave

I will not tie myself promising that I can make a happy post during my Boracay trip. I'm not sure what will going to happen during those times, so I decided to announce that I will be out for 7 days (heehee) as early as now. But when I came back home, rest assured that I will make all my happy experiences during my trip, and do some blog hopping around.

I'm in a bit of hotfoot for my work loads now. Well, obviously being absent physically for quiet long means a lot of adjustments, you guys know that. This is one of those nubs in my professional life, "I HAVE TO PAY MY HAPPINESS". Even so, am still glad that my boss approved my VL along by asking "pasalubong" (nyahaha).

But so far, am doing good in front of my desk with my office furniture along with me that wordlessly say "I will miss you" haha. But seriously, I missed them when I'm out of the office (haha), maybe that's an indication of enjoyment, isn't it?

Opps! our company chime is knelling, break time is done! that's all for now folks! bye bye @_@

Blood Letting Activity

From the very first day of my work here - FRDP (current employer) I feel like am getting more dynamic each day. Somehow I am moving slowly yet surely steps to get what I really want professionally. But am still working to find out what is really meant for me in this aspect, for now, all I can say is that I do enjoy my job! What will happend next? I still don't know, maybe I will cross the bridge when I need to (heehee).

I have been planning to donate blood since college, I used to go straight to Red Cross' office just to check if am qualified to donate. But since that time was too grueling for me that caused me to become anemic, maybe because of studies? I don't know! That's why I wasn't qualified.

But now, I am healthier than before literally, getting heavy! sob :( at least I was able to Share love and give life

Committee Dinner (4th Term)

The outgoing officers and members of two active committees in my company has officially bowl  over their positions on January 31 this year. This dinner was officiated as part of management's appreciation for the success of all our previous activities, of course with their help.

Aside from the dinner, and happenings during this moment. I will be forever thankful for especially the opportunity to become part of Recreation Committee. Those opportunity to share my knowledge and to practice my talent in dealing various complaints (jokes) hehe, dealing people I mean. That was the best part of working with you. Again, thank you.

Long Live! FRDP o-O
